You may also adapt this program so it can be used as an Acquisition program. Entering the date ordered in the ID field allows you to print by order date, print and submit to publisher or jobber. When the item arrives, simply delete the order date, and enter the ID#. It is already in the system and ready to be shelved. If desired, you can print a shelf list card and hold it for arrival.

1. Circulation Module: Easy for a staff member or volunteer to enter information. A password protects the security of the database and the privacy of the patron. Follow the on-screen templates and fill in the information. Minimal typing, no cataloging skills required. Entering, editing, deleting, finding information is easy. Search all fields, find any word in any field. Everyone delighted with ease of use.

2. Patron Access Catalog: Whether a seasoned Windows user or a novice, patrons quickly learn to use the search features provided. On-screen prompts encourage everyone to seek and find.
